Daniel Schmid , DMD
Dr. Schmid wants to welcome you to be a part of our dental family and his goal is to make you feel comfortable and taken care of from the moment you walk in to when you leave. He strives to provide all patients with beautiful high quality dental treatment focused on each patient’s desires, needs and health. Dr. Schmid loves to give his patients a smile that they want to share with others, and the biggest compliment he receives is when patients refer their family and friends.
Dr. Daniel Schmid is an Arizona native and grew up in Peoria, AZ. He is an alumnus of Sunrise Mountain High School in Peoria where he played the trumpet in the marching band. He received his Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Midwestern University, College of Health Sciences, Arizona in 2010 and continued at Midwestern graduating from the College of Dental Medicine in 2014 with his “Dentariae Medicinae Doctor” (Doctor of Dental Medicine-DMD). Dr Schmid is currently serving as a reserve dentist in the United States Army and enjoys taking care of our country’s soldiers.
Dr. Schmid has been a member of the Central Arizona Dental Society (CADS), the Arizona State Dental Association (AZDA), and the American Dental Association (ADA) since being a predental student in 2009. Dr Schmid is engaged to stay current with the latest technology and newest treatment techniques.
When not at the office Dr. Schmid enjoys spending time with his wife Jeannie and their 5 children. They love to go to the beach in Oceanside, CA and visit San Diego where they make their annual trek to eat breakfast at Café Coyote in Old Town. He loves to read science fiction and fantasy novels and enjoys Star Wars and Marvel.
